Miccky now arrested for assaulting Govt servant

Mickky Pacheco taken to Sada sub-jail

Benaulim MLA Mickky Pacheco was arrested once again, this time in a case of assaulting a government servant.

The district and sessions court of South Goa upheld his conviction by a judicial magistrate.

He has been sentenced to six-month imprisonment.

The NCP MLA was chargesheeted for assaulting a junior engineer of electricity department.

After pronouncing the sentence, the police immediately took Pacheco into custody in Margao.

He was then sent to Sada sub-jail.

However, Pacheco managed to get himself admitted in the Goa Medical College hospital by complaining about chest pain.

Pacheco is now planning to move to Bombay high court for a bail.

Due to his sudden arrest, Pacheco could not attend the Assembly session that began from today.

Speaker Pratapsing Rane informed the House that their colleague has been arrested.

whoever talks or raise voice on congress they will be sent to jail secondly if u are in power then you are safe the people of goa must teach this congress a leason in coming election the congress thinks that if they do anything i mean rob or loot the people they will come to power whoever support the congress they should also be defeated in the coming election i mean the NCP and MGP the congress want to come to power again to loot the people corrupt congress you see i was votting for the congress not knowing who is the candidate but now i dont want the congress at all this election in goa congress go to hell

Sunil....Churchill brothers are professional criminals and that is the main reason till today they are avoiding themselves from going to jails...it is only in your dream that Mickey can hit corrupt congress...as most of Goa voters have sold their soul and moral to the wind...they vote on basis of how much money and other materials they get and not on basis of candidates character....BJP coming to power will be disaster following on tiny Goa....as BJP is consists of funatics who can compare with Talibans...remember Parrikar and his gang of legislative members are not clean.All the 40 from Goa vidyan sabha are hand in glove to loot and destroy Goa.

Mickky Pacheco will now , while in jail, be able to reflect on the famous phrase..."MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL".He may not have to wait for too long ,for some company.There are several other MLA`s that have criminal cases pending against them in Courts.Following the Lokayuta Bill, the others like the Alemaos will also soon see some Prison walls too.

At last there is some sense prevailing, the courts have done a great job by showing no one above the law... Money can buy you a lot of things but the truth always prevails is the way the court's have shown...

the congress govt is involved in every thing the arrest of mickey pacecho will hit the congress party cause every one know that churchill is involved in many cases why he is not sentenced cause he is in power i was voting for congress was not knowing who has got the congress ticket but now the congress party will have to leave goa forever the NCP should clear their stand if they want to remain alliance will the congress if so the NCP will also in trouble this time the BJP is sure to come into power cause most to the people are fedup will the congress party and churchill is the cause of it he talks like a roudy he dont know to talk
