Special traffic arrangement for Matanhy's funeral

Expecting heavy turnout for the funeral of Matanhy Saldhana, who was the tourism minister, the traffic police have made special arrangement for a smooth traffic, as following, on Saturday, 24 March:
Special vehicles would be made available to proceed to the funeral place, after parking your vehicles in a parking lot.
The funeral Cortege shall leave Saldanha’s resident at Cansaulim and proceed towards Cansaulim church, where the funeral mass will be held on the open ground in front of the Cansaulim church.
Saldanha’s residence falls on the road leading from Velsao to Cansaulim market. There is a narrow road passing interior towards Cansaulim towards his residence. This road will be temporarily converted into one way and a traffic coming from Arrossim towards Cansaulim will not be allowed.
The main flow of traffic passing via Cansaulim shall be diverted at Queenynagar towards Birla Titan side and the traffic entering from Uttorda shall be diverted at Uttorda junction towards the Highway.
Vehicles coming from Queenynagar Velsao will be parked near Velsao Church.
Vehicles coming from Cansaulim Bye-Pass side (Highway) will be parked on open field along this road. Also vehicle coming from Majorda side will be parked on open fields near Arrossim Church.
The public members attending the funeral from Vasco/Birla/Sancoale/Cortalim are requested to take the road via Verna by-pass to enter Cansaulim.
The general public, who park vehicles in these parking, slots shall be provided Sumo as Shuttle service vehicles for plying them from parking slots to the Cansaulim Church and Back.
The public is requested to co-operate with the police in order to maintain proper road discipline in organizing the state funeral.
