Goa CM Dr Pramod Sawant says no need to fear because of outbreak of Covid19 virus among locals across Goa.
May be true, but is that enough?
Does the buck stop there?
Is it now the responsibility of the State or the Community?
What’s our responsibility?
And what the State Govt should do?

It is easy to make fun of the CM.
Goan people speak with both the ends of their elementary canal. If you or not lock-down, you are always knocked-down.
It is OK to make fun of health care professional from Sattari, but also spare a word of encouragement and support for the courageous work these people at the frontline are doing by risking their own lives. Please provide a list of specific things Govt. must do and also the civic responsibilities of society and others in this fight. It is not the fight of CM Sawant alone.
