Babush has been released on a surety of Rs one lakh while both the ladies have been bailed out for a surety of Rs 25,000 each.

The political heavyweight has been told to co-operate with the investigation and not to interfere with the probe or the victim girl.

Babush has been accused to buying a minor Nepali girl for Rs 50 lakh, sedating her with drinks and raping her on 8th March.

Since arrest, this is the first time Babush had applied for bail, which was granted today after daylong arguments on Monday.
