Neri decides to sit in the House

Goa Assembly may witness one more tamasha today as disqualified deputy chief minister Philip Neri Rodrigues has decided to try and enter the House, claiming that he has not received the disqualification order.
Neri arrived at the Assembly complex at 2 pm, half an hour before the session could begin to take the trust vote in favour of Pratapsing RaneSpeaker Vishwas Satarkar had disqualified him at 1 pm today.
On 2 February, while former chief minister Manohar Parrikar was seeking confidence vote, Rodrigues was forcibly lifted out from the House.
