Parrikar behind Pakistan terror attack: Pak ex-minister

Former Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik has blamed India for the terror attack on Bacha Khan University in Charsadda, northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province today.
The Pakistani Taliban first took the responsibility for the attack in which 25 people were killed but later denied its involvement. CLICK TO READ MORE
