Suicide bomber in Afghanistan kills 4, injures 24

A suicide bomber struck a minibus near the Russian embassy in downtown Kabul, killing four people in the latest attack in the Afghan capital despite an international push to jumpstart Taliban peace talks.
The powerful bombing heard across Kabul also left 24 people wounded, though it was not immediately clear if the embassy was the intended target. CLICK TO READ MORE
