Wagh dares to expel him from BJP
GOANEWS DESK, PANAJI | 24 February 2014 19:29 IST
St Andre MLA Vishnu Wagh has dared his party leadership to expel him from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.
He was speaking to the media after he was stripped of the two key positions – chairman of Kala Academy and vice chairman of Entertainment Society of Goa.
“These two posts are in the domain of the chief minister and he is free to change it any time he feels so, but the real issue is the party membership”, said Wagh.
Wagh however does not want to link the issue to the rumour of him contesting Lok Sabha election either on the Congress or NCP ticket against his party MP Shripad Naik from North Goa.
“Let us see that when the time comes”, he said, finding an escape route.
According to Wagh, he has been stripped of due to his position on the issue of Medium of Instruction and making Marathi the official language.
“I am now free to go all out on both these issues”, he said.
The first-time BJP MLA also denied that the party had invited him at the legislature party meeting to discuss the issue of MoI, before taking a decision to give grants to English medium primary schools.
“I however had given my opinion on the issue in writing, besides always speaking publicly about it”, he said.
He also flayed the so called democracy in the BJP, alleging that a coterie of three to four persons take all the decisions.
“There is no democracy in the BJP”, he alleged.

Mr Vishnu Wagh dares everyone and everything.
Now "we the people", "Citizens" & "Voters", dare he declares his "assets" to the Lokayukata.
Not sure why he has been reluctant & not forthcoming in declaring his Assets.
One must assume he has something to hide.
Come on Mr Wagh. We want to know how much your theatrics, poetry, books etc earns you in Royalties. The Inspector of Taxes too may be interested.

BJP Must take decision to expel Vishnu Wagh from party.
Let him fight for Marathi. This is only he can do progress in

If there is no democracy in BJP, why continue to stay in BJP Waghoji, the saviour of democracy and the Bhandari (now also general Kshatriya) samaj.

Two tigers (Waghs) can not inhabitate in one jungle. They become cannibals. Before leaving BJP Wagh should repeat all the earlier allegations that BJP is communal, wants to establish Hindu Raj and dominated by Bramhins and upper caste. We will believe him.
