Some students made an inquiry with me today about the Supreme Court decision. In this regards in the interest of the students let me clarify that the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its 2nd last para holds "all actions including admissions" under NEET to be "valid" while scrapping the notifications. So the students who have already undergone NEET they all are valid for admissions. The judgment is applicable from the next year. Further this judgment is given by a bench of 3 judges, 2 against NEET and 1 for. The Central Govt is seeking a review of the judgment i am told. already out of the 2 who were against 1 judge has retired. so at the time of review there will be only 2 original judges 1 for and 1 against, 3rd being neutral. So it is possible that judgment might be reviewed. I am sure the Hon'ble High Court would consider the issue sympathetically keeping all aspects and the interest of the students in mind.
