Most schools in Goa do not even have proper toilets or basic classroom infrastructure.
Govt. (education) department has failed miserably in providing such facilities to the schools. What could expect when 'Mawaali/goond' like Monserette becomes Education misinsters.
In the interest of the next generation it is required that society comes forward to do something about it. That is something constructive. spend money from your procket and build to last forever. Todays hectivists are there only to talk and criticize and do nothing about it.

Is Education Department aware that Govt. Primary Schools are running with only one teacher for four classes?
If yes, then can this one teacher be able to take care of entire school?
If no, then when they are going to appoint additional teachers to these primary schools?
No measures have been taken for last 8 months since the schools opened in June 2012.
Is Education Department and Education Minister really serious about the Govt. Primary schools?
