A 34-year-old Russian lady, whose nine year old daughter was allegedly raped at Arambol beach on 26 January evening, has said that the crime was -pre-planned.

"My husband left for Moscow on 25 January. Since that morning, the accused saw me alone and were trying to get too friendly with me. I was not comfortable with it," the lady, who is a doctor by occupation, told PTI in an interview.
Goa police had registered case of rape against unidentified person, who allegedly took the victim in the water and raped her. Accused's accomplice kept the mother busy in the conversation while crime was being committed, the complaint at Pernem police station reads.
The lady said she is supposed to leave back home next week, thus had stayed back after her husband left for Moscow. They had arrived in India on 23 December 2009 in Delhi and traveled to Goa on 1 January.
Even as the police have failed to nab any accused till Wednesday (27 January night), the mother has given her statement in Russian language to the consulate, listing the chronology of happenings before and after the crime.
"Yes, I have had a long talk with the consul general and informed him about all what has happened.. Also I have made my statement in Russian, which has been sent to the Russian Consulate," she said.
The mother, who described the accused to draw a sketch on Wednesday, said that the resources available to the police are very little. "Even for the sketch of the accused person, there was no computer and it was made by hand," she claimed.
The mother said she wants justice and criminal be arrested as soon as possible. "When criminals rape a child, they must not be protected but arrested. I hope that the Goa Police can arrest them," she said.
The victim, who is totally shaken up after the incident, on Wednesday drew a sketch before Russian consulate officials, telling the tale of how she was dragged in the water and raped.
The girl, in her statement to the police, has claimed that the accused was holding some sharp weapon in his hand while raping her in the water.
The mother in her complaint has claimed that the accused is identified as one `Aman' working for medical company called `Inteek.'
She has described the accused as around 30 years of age, square face, big round eyes and having white spot on upper lip.
Superintendent of Police (North) Bosco George told PTI that they have not been able to get a breakthrough in the offence till date. "We are investigating into it," he said, refusing to divulge any further information.
Goa police, which came under severe criticism for goofing up 25-year old Russian girl rape case a month ago, has kept mum on the entire issue.

I feel that Goa is a Safe Place for Criminals. Even if someone does any criminal activities and has been caught, he shall be released much faster than he is caught. All criminals are set free in Goa sooner or later.

Would Goa police declare how many women related cases have been solved by them? A guy like Mahanand could continue to kill 16 innocent girls, with FIRs lodged in some cases, but police are practically useless to solve any crime.
