Babush to face second psycho test on Monday, in Jennifer’s presence

Former minister Babush Monseratte, arrested for allegedly raping a minor girl, is expected to face a second psychiatric test on Monday, in the presence of his MLA wife Jennifer.
Curiosity has been raised in this regard after noticing wounds of cut-marks on the chest of Babush, disclosed sources in the police department.
One round of medical test was conducted today at the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour at Bambolim, after the forensic department referred the case for psycho-analysis of the behaviour of Babush.
According to sources in the police department, the second round would take place on Monday, where Taleigao MLA Jennifer would also be taken along with her husband Babush, who is presently in police custody facing rape charges.
According to sources, neither police nor the doctors have reached any conclusion regarding the scars noticed on his chest.
These are probably the marks of self-hurting exercise the St Cruz MLA might have been involved in, with a sharp implement like blade.
Sources said the investigating agencies are trying to understand mental as well as sexual behaviour of Babush through these tests, before arriving at any particular conclusion.
Babush has been arrested for ‘buying’ a minor girl, seducing her with drinks and then raping her without her knowledge.
The medial tests are reportedly conducted in view of this strange behaviour.
Babush however has already dismissed the basic charge that he has been involved in any such act of raping the minor girl at his Taleigao farm house in March.
