Vishwajeet sweeps Valpoi civic poll, but doesn't give credit to Cong

Congress MLA of Valpoi, Vishwajeet Rane swept the Valpoi municipal poll, winning 7 out of 9 seats.
The ruling BJP won only two seats while one seat went to independent candidate.
Vishwajeet however does not want to give credit of this victory to Congress.
“It was a panel of Sattari Yuva Morcha panel and credit goes to the legacy of my father Pratapsing Rane”, said Vishwajeet.
He also claims that people have voted for the development and not by saluting to the ruling party.
Why Vishwajeet does not wish to give credit to his own party is still a mystery, in the background of rumours that he may join the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party in next Assembly poll.
The rumour may be false, but it is true that Vishwajeet does not claim it to be victory of the Congress, the party he belongs to.
