Shripad Naik's maid found murdered

A 48-year-old domestic help working at the Goa home of AYUSH Minister Shripad Naik was allegedly murdered by an unidentified man, police said today.
Body of Charu Rathod was found near the private residence of Naik at Ribandar near Panaji in the wee hours on Sunday, they said.
As per Old Goa police officials, Rathod, a widow, had been working at the minister's residence since long. She has been staying in Goa for last twenty years, they said.
Police suspect that she might have been killed while returning to her home last night.
Her mobile phone and a set of earrings she was wearing were missing, they said.
