It's a beginning of another Parivartan: Vishwajeet
GOANEWS DESK, PANAJI | 20 March 2015 21:54 IST

“This is a beginning of a new Parivartan in Goa.” This is how Congress MLA Vishwajeet Rane looks at the Zilla Panchayat election results.
The Junior Rane was totally at the helm of affairs in this election, in the whole Sattari taluka, represented by him and his father and opposition leader Pratapsing Rane.
He managed to win Nagargao and Usgao-Ganje in his Valpoi constituency as well as Keri and Honda in his Daddy’s Poriem constituency.
In addition, the BJP also faced defeat in Pali, the ZP constituency represented by Sankhli BJP MLA Pramod Sawant.
According to him, the result is a reaction of the people to the false assurances given by the BJP-led government to the people of Goa.
“The people have realised that they have been fooled and that is the reason they have reacted in such a manner”, said Vishwajeet.
The process of Parivartan has begun and it would be complete in the next Assembly election in 2017, he claims.

Kudos to Vishwajeet. You have worked untirigly for the victory. You are a man of sterner fibre. In spite of stback in 2012 elections you never ceased to work at the grassroots. Keep up the good work. We must work hard to dethrone the BJP. Leave your baggage behind and emerge afresh with new ideas and goals.
