Sanatani acquitted in Margao bomb blast case

A special court in Goa today acquitted all six accused in the 2009 bomb blast case which had rocked Margao town on Diwali eve.

Special court judge Pradip Sawaikar acquitted all the accused for want of enough evidence against them.

Two accused - Malgonda Patil and Yogesh Naik - who were ferrying the explosives to a crowded spot in Margao town where the low intensity blast occurred on October 16, 2009, were killed in the explosion.

The explosives went off a few metres away from the targeted site when the two were commuting on a scooter. Apart from Patil and Naik, no other casualty had occurred in the blast.

Following the blast, the six accused - Vinay Talekar, Dhananjay Ashtekar, Prashant Ashtekar, Vinayak Patil, Prashant Juvekar and Dilip Mazgaonkar - were arrested by Goa crime branch.

Later, the investigation was transferred from Goa crime branch to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which had filed the charge sheet in the case on May 17, 2010.

The NIA in its charge sheet had claimed that four more accused were absconding. The blast had pointed fingers towards a right wing Hindu organisation, Sanatan Sanstha, which is headquartered at Ramnathi village in Goa.

Malgonda Patil, who was allegedly ferrying the explosives, was connected to the organisation.

Kudos to the judiciary for the landmark decision on Margao bomb blast case. In fact, God showered flowers and divine particles from the heaven on Sanatan sanstha ashram in Ramnathi which is the creation of God, Lord shri Pa Pu Jayantrao Athavale.

I am sure this bombs were planted by some islamic or christian terrorists and poor sanatan sadhaks who were carrying out a noble task of diffusing them got killed.

Now as a compensation to the bad publicity of sanstha and two sadhak who died, the BJP govt. should erect the statues of these two martyrs in Panaji Church Square.

How can judiciary 'implicate' the God created organization when the spirit of Lord Krishna is active through Guru Athavale ji? This verdict has only proved that the golden day of the formation of Hindu Rashtra is coming closer and all those who oppose it will be punished severely by asking them to do 24 hours of rigorous sadhana. Long live Indian judiciary!

If not sanatan, who blasted bombs. Or was it a divine intervention?

Our judicial system and process is weird. These guys openly talk about overthrowing democracy to bring Hindu rashtra. And they are given a clean chit.

Hail the judiciary and democracy.

After some days they will claim that there were no bomb blasts at all and everything was a rumour.
