What nonsense. This teacher must be a pshyco.
He should be referred to pshycologist for the treatment.
His place is not the school or police custody. Take him to a good doctor who could treat him for his mental disorders.
And the school authorities were letting him off Only after warnings?
I strongly feel that all the school authorities should carry out a survey in their schools and if needed councilling to be offered to the affected students. There might be many more cases in other schools.
