When are Goan Citizens & Foreigners too, going to get speedy trials of their cases, pending in Goan Courts for several years?

Will other rape & Rape + murder cases i.e the recent one in Canacona, be given such speedy treatment?

Truth be known, perhaps the Goa Police & greedy & corrupt Ministers have not been bribed sufficiently, to delay/spoil this Case.
