Will seek Law Ministry view on Rafale: Parrikar

The government on Tuesday said the Law Ministry has made “certain observations” that will be “taken into account” while finalising the Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) on the Indo-French Rafale jets deal.
Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar told Parliament that a team has been constituted to negotiate the terms and conditions of the procurement of 36 jets and recommend a draft agreement.
