I'm open to return to state politics: Parrikar

Amid speculation that defence minister Manohar Parrikar is likely to return to state politics in the 2017 assembly elections, the former chief minister preferred to keep his cards close to his chest, saying that he loves Goa, Delhi is like a foreign land for him and he draws political strength from the state.
Parrikar also said that chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar is the leader of the BJP till the party decides on a new leader.
