Salgaokars and Dempos have lots of wealth/money and big lawyers on their pay role so they will take of these issues. Goa was clearly a sore loser and did not set a good example to loads of young followers who were crazy about this team, I don't know for what reason, they should realize that such IFL/ICL/NFL whatever leagues do not go any good for the sport, it is only a gambling event for the rich and the famous. Even the chief minister who is chamcha of mining lobby exhibited despicable behavior at the end of match running away like a rat instead of showing some leadership!
