Protest fine, but protect India's image at IFFI, Centre tells FTII students

Amid reports of a likely protest by Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) students at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) venue, the government today said that they were hopeful that the students would not do anything that will hurt the country's image at a global platform.

"The students of FTII are equally patriotic. They will not besmirch India's reputation. This is an event of international scale.
