Narvekar to contest from North to defeat BJP & Cong

Dayanand Narvekar, a former Congressman, has decided to flex muscles with both the major parties of Goa – the ruling BJP and the opposition Congress, from North Goa in the Lok Sabha poll.
“Our executive committee has decided to field me as the candidate from the North”, he announced.
Quitting Congress, former Congress minister has floated a new regional outfit – Goa Democratic Front.
He had launched the outfit yesterday.
The GDF has however not decided who would contest the South Goa seat.
“Either we will invite applications from the contenders or support a like-minded regional party”, said Narvekar.

Daynand Narvekar is viewed as an unsavoury character. If he is intending to flex his political muscles and importance ,he should realise that he is no longer seen as a credible LS aspirant.
One thing that is most certain in Goa and nearly guaranteed these days, is that all Political criminals,usually ex- MLA`s eventually go on to form their own Political Party.
We have the decaying MGP , currently kept alive by the Dhavilikar brothers. Both Brothers well known as alleged embezzlers' and in possession of disproportionate assets.
We had the Save Goa Front , led by Goa`s smuggler & looter Churchill Alemao.
We have the GVP, started & headed by another economic offender Mickky Pacheco aka Francisco Xavier Pacheco.
And what about 2 Advocates that lead the UGDP. They are currently led by 2 in-laws, not highly prized for their integrity & honesty.
One is currently the Messiah of the Anti-Portuguese Passport Holders and Legal architect of the notorious looting Alemao clan.
They are unlikely to be a force to reckon with,are unlikely to even win a Panchayat election and are only in Politics to be paid-off by other Political party's ,when threatening to contest seats.
