Aires dares CM to name blackmailer RTI activists

RTI activist Aires Rodrigues has challenged Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to reveal the names of the persons who he claims are misusing the Right to Information Act for monetary gains.
He has also dared the Chief Minister to take action against all such persons in accordance with law.
On the contrary, Aires has blamed Parrikar of blackmailing people.
“He has not even spared the press and even artists. On February 1st he made a statement on the floor of the Assembly that an FIR would be filed against noted artist Dr Subodh Kerkar”, he stated in a press note.
Castigating Parrikar for firing loose cannons to gain cheap publicity, Aires has also advise the CM to speak sensibly and responsibly with all the facts in hand.
Stating that the people of Goa had given Parrikar another opportunity hoping that he would have learnt from his past mistakes and changed for the better, he has stated that Goans have now sadly realized that the dog’s tail never straightens.
Aires also expressed confidence that the people of Goa would not allow Parrikar to disable the RTI Act, which is their weapon to unearth and fight corruption, nepotism and maladministration, which is currently rampant in the State of Goa.

RTI is the best thing to happen to the common man, where common man can make accountability for the Corrupt Government Officials corrupt practices and arrogant behavior. They should be told that this common man pay your Salary. Respect this Common Man. Finish their work within days or weeks and not in months.

The Right to Information Act is very important for any common person to find out what is going on in the administration of the state.
People should make full use of this act.
We need more activists to exploit the Act and unearth anything going wrong in Goa administration.
Adv. Aires Rodrigues is doing excellent job.
As all the opposition MLAs are not active and are not doing their job properly, it is the activists who can use the RTI to find out wrong things going on and let the people know about it.
We all know that our CM is feeling uncomfortable because of the RTI but it is as it should be.
Any person in his place would have felt the same.
