Miramar in Panaji has a new food boutique now - Canapé Snax ‘n’ Sips - of international standards.

It was inaugurated today morning by renowned musician Remo Fernandes.

“Adjacent to the Miramar circle, this is a perfect hangout of the youth and the young at heart”, says Chirag Naik, a young Goan entrepreneur.

He is the alumni of American Institute of Baking, Cansas, USA.

The speciality of Canapé is its state-of-the-art kitchen and bakery, which produces a variety of fresh products in the most hygienic conditions.Remo opens Canape at Miramar

The concept has been developed after extensive market research and study of international trends in food boutiques, says Naik.

Canapé’s product range includes puffs, wraps, rolls, burgers, Pizzas, sandwiches, mini meals, desserts, pastries, brownies, sponge cakes & bread.

After establishing it as a favourite brand of the youngsters in Margao, Canapé has now opened its second outlet in Panaji.  

It would be open from 10 am to 10 pm, on all days.

Hi Chirag,

I'd like to inquire about your franchise options if any.

I did visit your place in miramar and was in awe when i saw a place like this in Goa. Its a rare sight.

I have a shop in Cansaulim on the top floor and would like to know if I can open a mini canape in this area. Its in the market area. Prime location.

However, if you don't see it as a feasible option do let me know why. This would only help me in my venture.
