It has been claimed that Rapist`s in Goa now use a tool Called "CHOCOLATES" to seduce their victims, usually little girls.
At the start of his Term, Mr Parrikar gave every Goan a reduction in the cost of Petrol. Everyone was overjoyed & well seduced.
In addition Mr Parrikar has handed out his "CHOCOLATES " to various schemes & groups.
Will this Budget include more Chocolates for his next victims.?

The popularity of Mr Parrikar is dwindling.
Goan`s have lost faith in him and more are losing faith every day.
Reading various Forums from various News Media, one can easily notice that people no longer trust him.
The Policies that won him the elections are either broken or being re-shaped to suit himself ( & not the People).
The Budget will no doubt promise a lot of Doles.
However Mr Parrikar will also claim that he could not give any more due to revenue/Budgetary restraints.
Like his previous term in office, he may not achieve very much.
