FIR against CM not a Cong action: Subhash

The Congress appears to have been divided, as usual, with every spokesperson speaking a different language on the crucial issue of illegal mining.
As spokespersons Sudip Tamhankar filed FIR against Manohar Parrikar alleging abetment to suicide of mines official Dattatray Bhave, GPCC chief Subhash Shirodkar says it’s his personal action.
Shirodkar, who has publicly admitted earlier his involvement in mines-related business, told media persons today that filing the FIR against the chief minister was not an official stand of the Congress.
Projecting it to the official stand of the opposition party, Shirodkar said the party wants mines to be started by October or November after verifying all the documents and its legality.
“Not less than six talukas are today dependent on mining”, he pointed out.
Few days ago, Ramakant Khalap, another spokesperson had demanded that the state government should take over illegal mines and auction them.
Shirodkar, while keeping mum on this stand, said legal mines should start immediately.

I wonder what is the official party stand against their spokespersons i.e. Khlap, Jitendra, Tamhankar, et. el. If they are speaking different language how is that party not taking any disciplinary action against them?
As for me, filing FIR by congress spokesperson Sudip Tamhankar appears to be a tactical move of congress party and yet distancing themselves from Tamhankar saying “He has done so in his personal capacity, congress party is not party to it.”
But they have not yet clarified anything on what Jitendra said about present CM and that about what Khalap wrote on mining in Goa? Whom are they waiting to give their official stand on these two spokespersons? And when will they give their clarifications?
In the absence of their clarifications should general public presume that congress party is party to what Jitendra and Khalap spoke and wrote?

This one is another senior congi boot licker of Gandhi family. Congi leaders from Goa will speak anything and everything and deny it on the next day refuting that it was press who manipulated their words.
Since Subhash has raked in Moolah from the illigal mining, he finds that mining is legal.
There are no legal mines in Goa. All are illegal. They all must be closed.
All the mines are the national property and no individual should be allowed to mine the resources from Goan territory. Nationalize mining in Goa or stop the mining completely.
Subhash has made enough money through illegal mining and he should stop patronizing illegalities in mining sector.
