Parrikar is expected to rise up by 2.30 pm, post lunch, to present his first budget after historic Assembly election.
The session would begin at 11.30 am today.
The House would first pay homage to Matanhy Saldanha, the tourism minister who died due to sudden heart attack, as well as veteran tiatrist Remmie Colaco.
The House would also elect the deputy speaker.
If the business goes on till afternoon, Parrikar would rise up to read his budget post-lunch.
The agenda however would be fixed only by today morning.
