1000 more jobs, total goes to 4900 in 3 months

The Digambar Kamat cabinet today approved 1000 more jobs, besides 200 jobs on contract.

The cabinet had already approved 1700 jobs last week.

Prior to that, the cabinet had approved 1200 jobs in August and 800 jobs in the last week of July.

It now makes total 4700 permanent jobs and 200 on contract, making a total creation of 4900 jobs in the last three months, obviously eying on forthcoming Assembly poll.

Majority of the jobs created last week belonged to the electricity department.

The major chunk of jobs being created this time are 325 vacancies in the Art and Culture department for the upcoming central library and Ravindra Bhavan projects coming up in several towns.

The other jobs are Education department - 216 contract teachers for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.  83 drivers and 83 attendants for school buses, 92 LDC and peons for government schools, Social Welfare Department - 156 field workers,  PWD - 110 more staff members,  Commercial Taxes - 73 LDCs,  Home Department - 50 PSIs.

In addition, the Excise, River Navigation and Craft and Training Department will hire another 30, 27 and 20 staff members.

Hello Mr Kumar Vishwas Madkaikar::: Unfortunately all these jobs come with a price tag.If I am to go by the rates jobs are sold for in Goa , you are looking at paying about RS 4-6 Lakhs.Forget qualifications , merit or distinctions.What you also need to bear in mind ,is that the Minister in charge of each of these Jobs for his departments,will give preference to one who votes for him and one who sings praises about him or one that belongs to his caste.For a Post in the PWD you will also need to make a Donation for the benefit of the Ministers children & their iconic & Dynamic Social work.Dont bother with a job in the Health Dept.These are reserved solely for the unqualified residents of Sattari.If you are looking for a job as PSI, with the Home dept, I would strongly advise you to have a minimum of RS 4 Lakhs for the job and dont ever mention the name "ROY NAIK".If you are considering a job with the education dept. do not discuss with your Interviewer Antanasio Monserattes dual location (Goa & Bandra) educational qualifications. I would aviod being a field worker.I am sure you have heard about the Malaria Workers fighting for their jobs to be made permanent.Do not bother with any job Digamber Kamat is offering.Definetely, do not go near the illegal Mines.Also remember Kamat is on his way out and possibly a stint in Tihar or Sada jail at sometime.It is also customary for MInisters to spend 3 days in an ICU with chest pains ,before going to jail.Lets us know how you get on and keep us updated and best of luck, too.
