You have saffrons in the Cong, Mr Digvijay

The irrepressible and incorrigible Digvijay Singh of the Congress got into familiar foot in the mouth syndrome all over again when he made the tiresome allegation that AAP-GOA was the B team of the despicable BJP in Goa.

This coming from a party, which has switch-over characters galore, from the BJP in their fold.

To refresh Mr Singh's apparently failing memory, Mr Digambar Kamat, Mr Pandurang Madkaikar and many others were actual card holding members of the BJP not so long ago. And so many leaders in the Congress still have unholy behind-the-scene alliances with the ruling dispensation.

The real problem for the Congress is that the ideology of pluralism, tolerance and a healthy democratic ethos bequeathed to us by our founding fathers, the stalwarts of who were Congressmen, is now being better articulated and practised by AAP, without the baggage of corruption, nepotism and sycophancy, which has been the trade mark of present day Congress leaders.

Either way, the AAP is striving to be the A-team of Goa. Whether Goans give it the privilege of serving them remains to be tested on the ground.

The game is however on.

Everyone should read this article by top public servant on how Ravi Naik and CM Rane bought Casinos to Goa. Churchill was the first one to try but failed.

Mr oscar you of all people are talking about behind the scene alliance.. What aboit your alliance with parrikar. During congress rule you started goa bachao abhiyan and opposed everything tooth and nail and soon after parrikar came to power you just disappeared and stopped opposing anything and everything as if BJP was doing all right...and now suddenly simce the elections are approaching you have started talking through the AAP forum.. What have you to say about these alliances.. Y are u so soft on parrikar.. Looks very fishy.. And if BJP has secret alliances with digamber kamat why would they try so much to frame him in louis berger case.. Opposing his bail even in apex court.. Whereas for babush they arent even opposing it in high court...

In politics there are only permanent self interests. All your congress heroes have switched parties a multiple time to serve their personal interests which has got nothing to do with welfare of the people.
